Sebastian Herkner : Designer of the year

Maison & Objet awarded him the title of Designer of the year during this January edition.

“Before starting a project, I make sure I know the essence of the company; then I do my utmost to merge art and technologies”. This 37 years old designer has already collaborated with several companies (Classison, Thonet, etc.) to create chairs, rugs, luminaires and tables.

I had the pleasure to discover his installation at Maison & Objet few days ago. Here is a little video showing his leading creations.
